Beyond the Standard Wash

Detailing is an analytical approach to vehicle presentation. It begins with a thorough inspection to determine the necessary steps to restore or improve the vehicle's surfaces, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all package.

Inspection & Pre-wash

Assessing the vehicle under proper lighting to identify defects, measuring paint thickness, and performing safe, non-contact cleaning stages.

Decontamination

Using chemical fallout removers and tar solvents, followed by mechanical clay bar treatments to remove bonded contaminants that washing cannot shift. This leaves the paint feeling smooth.

Paint Assessment & Optional Polishing

Once clean, the clear coat is evaluated. Machine polishing *may* be recommended to reduce the appearance of wash marring or light scratches, depending on clear coat depth and budget.

Protection Application

Sealing the prepared surface with an appropriate wax, synthetic sealant, or coating to help maintain the finish.

Realistic Expectations

It is vital to understand that paint correction has physical limits. We cannot safely remove deep scratches that have breached the clear coat (where you can catch a fingernail in it). Our guidance focuses on safe enhancement rather than aggressive, high-risk polishing.

Recommendation Policy: Every detailing recommendation varies. An in-person physical inspection is absolutely necessary to determine suitability and safety of any enhancement procedures.
